I currently work in the watch world, where I've spent the last ten years photographing luxury products for commercial and editorial projects. Photography isn't just what I do for work, though - it's been a hobby of mine for as long as I can remember.
Over the years, I've photographed a bit of everything, from architecture and landscapes to gigs, products and tiny plastic people. I've never been particularly good at sticking to one type of photography, but I think that's probably been a good thing. Trying different subjects, styles and ways of shooting has had a huge influence on how I approach photography today.
Toy photography has been a big part of that journey. As a lifelong gaming fan (and former Nintendo UK Ambassador), I've spent a lot of time putting some of my favourite characters in front of the camera, particularly from Zelda, Mario and Pokémon.
I'm always looking for an excuse to step outside my comfort zone, try something different and see where it takes me. I suppose that's where the curiosity comes in.
